Q: Do you do custom orders?

Q: Do you accept bottle donations?
A: Absolutely! If you are located in southeastern Washington State we would be happy to take those pesky bottles off your hands. We are currently looking for: 22 ounce beer bottles that have painted labels, Pendleton pint, 750 ml and 1/2 gallon sizes, Belvedere and Grey Goose. If you have an unusual shape or color bottle you think we might be interested in just contact us to find out if we can accept it.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, but you will need to contact us for a shipping quote.
Q: When can I expect my order to be shipped?
A: Most orders ship within 2 days of payment. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to making payment.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through this website.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or broken due to shipping?
A: We want you to be completely happy with your BottleChange purchase, so if your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within a week of its arrival. Once the order has been returned, we will happily refund your payment or ship a replacement order, whichever you prefer.
